At Keymart Visa, we aim to provide the highest level of service to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of immigration consultancy services, refunds are governed by the following terms:
Non-Refundable Fees
- Initial Consultation Fees: Fees paid for the initial consultation are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Service Fees: Once work on your case has commenced, the service fees are non-refundable. This includes research, document review, application preparation, and communication with relevant authorities.
Partial Refunds
- If you choose to discontinue our services before significant work has been performed, we may consider a partial refund of unutilized service fees. The refund amount will be determined after deducting charges for services already rendered.
- Refund requests must be made in writing, specifying the reasons for cancellation.
Refunds for Government Fees
Government fees (e.g., visa application fees, biometric charges) are entirely non-refundable as these are paid directly to the respective authorities.
Processing Time
All eligible refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method or any mutually agreed alternative.
