At KeyMart Visa, we aim to provide the highest level of service to ensure client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of immigration consultancy services, refunds are governed by the following terms:

1. Non-Refundable Fees

• Initial Consultation Fees: All fees paid for initial consultation are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Taxes (GST): GST paid on any invoice is non-refundable.
• Service Fees: Once any work on your case has commenced, the entire service fee becomes non-refundable.
  This includes but is not limited to:
  • Research & profile evaluation
  • Document review or checklist issuance
  • Application preparation
  • Communication with authorities or third parties
  • Internal case management
  • Consultant assignments

2. Partial Refunds (Only in Exceptional Cases)

• If you voluntarily discontinue services before any substantial work has been initiated, a partial refund may be considered.
• Admin charges of ₹20,000 will be deducted, regardless of case progress, as a minimum fee for operational costs and resource allocation.
• All refund requests:
  • Must be made in writing (email or letter), and
  • Must clearly state valid reasons for cancellation.
• Approval is at the sole discretion of KeyMart Visa after a thorough review of the case status and work completed.

3. Government & Third-Party Fees

• All payments made toward government authorities, embassies, VFS centers, language test bodies, medical centers, or skill assessment authorities are non-refundable.
• KeyMart Visa is not liable for any loss or denial caused by external authorities.

4. Processing Time

• All approved refunds will be processed within 60–90 business days from the date of confirmation.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or an alternate mode agreed mutually in writing.

5. Important Notes

• No verbal or written assurance from any KeyMart Visa staff or consultant shall override the terms stated herein or in the signed agreement.
• Signing the agreement confirms that the client understands and accepts this refund policy.
